Can Someone Check My Math on ECR???

Can someone who has turbocharger setup experience PLEASE check my math???

My TIO-540 engine originally came out of a turbocharged Super Viking and it now has the following components:

-Single automotive Garrett T4 turbocharger
-Intercooler (automotive type)
-7.3:1 compression pistons,
-Airflow Performance “Experimental” Bendix.
-No pop-off valve
-Currently setup for 49 MAP which makes an Effective Compression Ratio of 12.5:1

Since my home airport does not have any fuel I am going to need to run MOGAS. The Bendix and other fuel system is already MOGAS ready (ethanol impervious) so the final step is to reduce the turbocharger boost to limit the Effective Compression Ratio to BELOW 12:1 (the maximum for high octane “pump gas”).

I do not want to mechanically limit the MAP permanently because when on long trips I can benefit (and pay for) 100LL AVGAS so the plan is to MANUALLY limit the maximum MAP using the throttle to 11.5:1 Effective Compression Ratio (a safe margin of error) and I will set my EFIS MAP indicator to have a white band between XX and 49 inches mercury.

I need to verify "XX" and I think that is 42 MAP!?!?!?!?

Here is the math part…
I think that I need 42 inches of mercury MAP because that should equal an Effective Compression Ratio of 11.2:1

42 inches of mercury equals 20.75 PSI – 14.7 PSI = 6.05 PSI of boost

At 7.3:1 Compression Ratio, 6.05 PSI boost should make an Effective Compression Ratio of 11.2:1 ECR

Can someone please give me some advice on this modification. Any tip/tricks/experience/shoulda…woulda…couldas are also welcomed!!!
